Frank Chen, Fellow of the United Nations W.U.U. I.A.E. International Academy. He holds a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Business Administration at National Chengchi University and a PhD in Economics from the International Academy of Engineering (IAE). This IAE economics professor is the founder of the global school of philanthropic economics. The President of the United Nations General Assembly and the Chairperson of the United Nations NGO Committee jointly participated in the first SDGs New Economy Global Summit Forum (Conference Room 4) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA.
In 2017, Professor Chen Junji, Dean of the IAE International Bachelor's Program and President of IAE Asia University, was the only academician invited from China to participate in the High-Level Knowledge Forum (Room 4) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The full title of the forum was "United Nations Globalization Dialogue Series and Global New Economy Summit: Building Government-Business Partnerships and a Successful Global Summit Initiated by Member States to Promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals."
